Privacy and Terms of Service

Our Commitment to Privacy

At WPV, we strictly adhere to HIPAA standards to protect and secure your health information. We prioritize your privacy and confidentiality by ensuring that identifiable health data remains confidential and is not disclosed to employers, health insurers or community groups (“Event Sponsor”) without explicit consent, except when required by law. When requested, WPV may provide participation information for billing and aggregate program reporting.

Participation in WPV Programs

By participating in our programs, participants will acknowledge: 1.) Information given by WPV staff do not constitute a diagnosis or to replace information discussed with a medical care provider; 2.) It is the participant’s responsibility to contact a medical professional to review their results and take the appropriate follow-up; 3.) WPV is provided with accurate and truthful information for scheduling, reporting, insurance and billing purposes.

Insurance and Payment

Events will be invoiced at the terms outlined in the service agreements. An Event Sponsor may choose to offset the cost of an event by requesting that WPV apply health insurance coverage to eligible participants. In that case, the Event Sponsor assumes the responsibility of ensuring participants provide WPV with accurate insurance formation for efficient claim processing. WPV will try in good faith to resolve claim issues with the insurer and Event Sponsor, however claims that are ultimately denied will be invoiced according to the terms agreed upon in the service contract.

Service Agreements

We understand each of our clients has unique goals and needs for their program or event. Specific terms for each event will always be provided in clear terms within your individual service agreement.
